An audacious, visually dazzling triumph, Poor Things is a surreal and darkly hilarious feminist reinterpretation of the Frankenstein myth. Driven by Emma Stone’s astonishing, transcendent performance, the film follows Bella Baxter's fierce, unfiltered journey toward self-discovery, sexual awakening, and complete liberation. Yorgos Lanthimos crafts a breathtakingly bizarre, Victorian-steampunk world that is as thought-provoking as it is unapologetically weird—a masterpiece about shedding societal constraints and taking full ownership of one's mind and body.
